Carrie Gangel is the owner and founder of Charcuterie by Carrie, a Kansas City based custom charcuterie and grazing table company. Her passion for food and desire to bring beauty into others lives has combined to make a business that dreams are made of.

"From a young age, I've always shown my love through food. Now I get to do that by creating beautiful, delicious boards and tables that bring happiness into other's lives."

When she's not busy creating yummy boards and tables you can find Carrie spending time with her husband, two girls and their dog Brinkley: watching any sporting event that's on and sipping on a glass of clean-crafted Scout & Cellar wine.
